About Your Custodian – Fidelity Investments

Your accounts are held at Fidelity, one of the most respected and secure financial institutions in the country. Fidelity provides robust account protection, clear reporting, and a seamless client experience. If you need any help regarding the Fidelity website or app, please let us know. Our team can service your accounts and should be your first point of contact regarding your Fidelity account(s).

New Accounts Process and Transfers

We’ll help you open your new accounts with our custodian, Fidelity Investments. These accounts will hold your investments and serve as the foundation for your financial plan. Our team will prepare all documents in advance so you can review and sign them securely online.

Once your new accounts are open, we’ll begin the Automated Customer Account Transfer (ACATS) process to move your investments from your previous firm to Fidelity. This process typically takes 5–7 business days once all paperwork is complete. You won’t need to contact your previous advisor or institution in most cases — our team handles the process for you and will keep you updated throughout.

If you are transferring accounts outside the ACATS system, our team will work with you separately on moving these accounts. They typically involve corporate retirement accounts, annuities, insurance, or banking accounts.

You’ll also review and sign Fairvoy’s advisory documents, including your investment advisory agreement and disclosures. These outline our fiduciary responsibilities and ensure full transparency in how we serve you.

Your Fairvoy Planning & Reporting Tools

In the coming days, we will walk you through access to the following:

  • Fairvoy Performance Reporting App
  • Fairvoy Financial Planning Site (when applicable)

The Fairvoy Performance Reporting App/Website is a secure platform, branded under Fairvoy and integrated with Fidelity, allows you to view your investment performance, asset allocation, and more — all in one place. This is by invite only.

The Fairvoy Financial Planning Site is your personalized planning hub where we track progress toward your financial goals, simulate different scenarios, and make real-time adjustments as life evolves.
